Warranty and Conformity

All products sold benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery, in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021. If a product does not match the description or has a defect existing at the time of delivery, you have the right to have it brought into conformity through free repair or replacement, and if these remedies are not possible, to a proportional price reduction or to the termination of the contract and refund of the price.

Commercial Guarantee

The products sold come from various manufacturers and suppliers. In addition to the legal guarantee of conformity, certain products benefit from a commercial guarantee provided by the manufacturer, the duration and conditions of which vary from one product to another. The commercial guarantee is provided in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity, without replacing or limiting it.

Situations Not Covered by the Guarantee

defects caused by improper installation, use contrary to instructions, or inadequate maintenance;
normal wear and tear and consumable components;
mechanical damage occurring after delivery (impacts, freezing, overvoltage);
products modified or repaired by unauthorized persons.

Complaint Procedure

Submit the complaint to aguamas.astral08@gmail.com or by phone at +40 752 783 105, specifying the order number, the product, a description of the problem and, if possible, photos or a video recording.
We will respond within a maximum of 15 calendar days, indicating the method of delivery or collection of the product.
Bringing the product into conformity is carried out within a reasonable period, which cannot exceed 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, at no cost to you.

For construction and installation works, the guarantee established by the separate contract concluded for the respective work applies.
