Shipping policy

Within Romania, we deliver by DPD courier (parcels up to 31.5 kg) or through the Pall-Ex network (palletised goods). Parcels are usually delivered within 1–3 business days of the telephone confirmation of the order. On request, we also deliver to other countries, under the conditions described below. The shipping cost is not charged when you place the order: it is calculated according to the rates below and communicated to you during the confirmation call, together with the total amount payable.
Telephone confirmation of the order
Every order is confirmed by phone by one of our representatives before it is processed. During this call, we inform you of the delivery method suited to your order (parcel or pallet), the shipping cost and the estimated delivery time. The delivery period starts from the date of the telephone confirmation. If stock changes or other circumstances affect delivery, you will be informed by phone, and the order will only be modified with your consent.

The chargeable weight is the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight of the parcel (length × width × height, in cm, divided by 6,000). An additional 11 lei applies to deliveries to locations outside the courier's standard network, and 24 lei to oversized parcels. Any additional cost is communicated to you during the confirmation call.
Pall-Ex rates – pallet shipping
The rates below are per pallet, include VAT and apply to deliveries to the county seat and to localities within 20 km of it. For more remote localities, pallets over 800 kg or 24-hour delivery (where available), the cost is communicated by phone.

Pallet deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00. Rates may be adjusted according to fuel prices; the cost applicable to your order is confirmed by phone before dispatch. If delivery cannot be completed for reasons attributable to the recipient, the cost of redelivery will be communicated to you and invoiced separately.
Made-to-order products
Certain products, including some mosaics, are ordered from the supplier after you place your order. For these products, the delivery time depends on the supplier and is communicated to you during the confirmation call, before any payment.
Receiving the parcel
Please check that the packaging is intact in the presence of the courier. If it shows signs of damage, note this on the delivery document or refuse the parcel, and inform us within 48 hours, sending relevant photos. Pallets are handed over at street level, from the carrier's vehicle; unloading and moving the goods inside the property are not included in the shipping cost.
Delivery delays
If delivery cannot be made within the communicated time, you will be informed and offered a new delivery date. If the products are not delivered within 30 days at the latest, you have the right to cancel the order, and any amounts paid will be refunded without delay.
Deliveries outside Romania
On request, we also deliver to other countries. For these orders, the transport method, cost and delivery time are agreed by phone when the order is confirmed, depending on the destination country and the weight and volume of the products. During this call, we also inform you of the total amount payable, including applicable taxes. The order is only shipped after you accept these conditions; otherwise, you may cancel the order at no cost. For these orders, full payment is made in advance, by card (using the payment link you receive) or by bank transfer; cash on delivery is not available. For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties and import formalities are the responsibility of the buyer.
